Tradewind are currently working with a number of Primary Schools who are looking for Psychology Graduates to work as Learning Support Assistants on a 1:1 basis or in small groups with children with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties, Severe Learning Difficulties and Autism.

They are looking to recruit part-time and full-time Learning Support Assistants to work on a supply basis or to complete short and long-term placements. The rates of pay for this particular role are GBP70 - GBP80 per day. The roles will start in September (or earlier if this is possible).

We are looking for:
Strong Psychology graduates to work in a variety of different schools in the Nottingham area.
The candidate can be available full-time or part-time during weekdays.
To have experience working or want experience working with Special Need students.
If you are looking just for a few placements to build your experience for your CV/Degree.
A view to pursue a long-term placement in the future.
Calm, caring and strong LSA with a passion within SEND and mental health.

The schools that we are currently working with are in and Nottingham so they are very accessible to get to via car or public transport. Depending where you live it could be that you are in walking distance.

To join us and be successful in the Learning Support Assistant role you will need:
To have psychology degree or equivalent qualifications.
Experience working with children or young adults.
This position you will need an enhanced DBS disclosure, Over Seas Police Clearance (if applicable) and profession reference checks - At least 2!
Your CV must cover the last 10 years of employment history where possible and any employment breaks must be noted.
You must have legal right to work in the UK.
