Location: Homebased North West

Contract Duration: 2 years Fixed Term (with potential of a full time, permanent role)

What skills are we looking for in our Apprentice Customer Service Advisor?
GCSE Grade C / 4 English and Maths (or equivalent)
Confidence to solve customer queries and seek support when needed (don t worry, the support will always be there for you)
Able to follow instructions but not be afraid to ask questions/seek understanding
Basic knowledge of Microsoft packages (Word, Excel and outlook
This role will really suit someone who has a genuine passion and enthusiasm for delivering an excellent customer experience.

Responsibilities & Requirements for our Apprentice Customer Service Advisor
Working closely alongside our Training provider Sysco Business Skills Academy to take your first step towards becoming a customer advisor apprentice in Housing
Handle a variety of customer contacts through phone, email, webchat & social media
Ensure all contacts are accurately logged on contact management system.
Living within the North West within a 25 mile radius of our Head Office, in Birchwood, Warrington.
At home, you will need an interruption free space to work from.
