At the Belfry Hotel you will be completing a Food Production Chef Level 2 apprenticeship alongside your daily roles and responsibilities.
Your daily roles will include;
- Ensuring the kitchen and equipment are kept spotless - following cleaning procedures.
- Storing, preparing and cooking a variety of foods.
- Develop your skills and knowledge in Kitchen safety and efficiency, including but not limited to; temperature control and stock control.
Due to the nature of the equipment in the kitchen candidates must be 18 or over.
As The Belfry Hotel is located in an area that is only accessible by car, candidates would need to drive, however The Belfry Hotel do offer subsidised taxis for candidates who live close enough to take advantage of this - this is at the discretion of the employer and will be discussed further at interview stage.
The Belfry Hotel will consider candidates that are looking to relocate the area and can offer up to three months live-in accommodation at the site. This will be discussed further at the interview stage.
