Our client based in Egham, is looking to recruit an apprentice administrator to join their team and to provide support and assistance in a range of administrative functions.
Responsibilities
Assisting the department in achieving KPI's through admin support
Providing an excellent level of customer service to clients, other professional contacts
Producing work to the required quality standard
Assisting staff in meeting necessary deadlines
Providing end to end administrative and clerical support on transactions
Becoming fluent and proficient with and engaging in the Department's day to day work; the case management system
To ensure the firm's quality and compliance procedures with regards to file management are accurately carried out including timely use of checklists, E-filing, and timely filing of all paper correspondence, attendance notes and time records Personal Specification
Personable and friendly manner
Ability to use own initiative
Good organisation skills
Positive, confident and flexible approach to tasks
