About The Apprenticeship

The Level 3 Outdoor Activity Instructor Apprenticeship trains and prepares you to deliver a variety of fun and safe activity sessions to a wide range of participants. All training is carried out by our experienced team and courses run by external reputable trainers. End Point Assessment (EPA) is carried out by an external body after a minimum of 12 months training; competencies are graded against a set of standards relating to the knowledge, skills and behaviours required for this job role. Some activities require Instructors to hold National Governing Body awards and Apprentices work towards a range of these over the apprenticeship, for example British Canoeing Paddle Sport Instructor. At the end of the apprenticeship, you will achieve an industry recognised Trailblazer standard level 3 along with the opportunity to gain a variety of in-house and nationally recognised industry qualifications.

Salary

GBP6.00 per hour for first 12 months, this will then increase to NMW for the remaining 6 months of the apprenticeship.
