What will the apprentice be doing?
The apprentice will be mentored by a Head Coach and also by the Owner/Director of the business. They will receive on the job training and have access to support materials to refer back to while they are training. They will be further supported by and Administrator and an HR Manager. There will be a mentor who works with a successful candidate on how to deliver extra curricular clubs and PE lessons. A apprentice would work in a few schools and be required to assist with the delivery of sessions.
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
The programme will consist of online training, webinars, practical workshops and workplace visits from a tutor.
The qualifications you will achieve will be a level 2 coaching qualification if required and a Level 4 sports coach apprenticeship standard.
What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?
Full time position, further training and progression available.

Ideally have their own transport as will be working across numerous locations within an area.
