What will the apprentice be doing?
·Bring on New Accounts (CAFs) through prospecting activities (Calls/emails/marketing on social media)
·Generate and maintain consistent business/sales through building relationships and great customer service.
·Be a conduit for our customers to engage with our in-house technical consultants and vendors.
·Grow business within buying accounts through developing many contacts and selling into various business solution pillars.
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
Level 4 Sales Executive standard includes
Level 2 functional skills in Maths and English (if required)
End-Point Assessment (EPA)
Our delivery model is monthly-Tutor-led 1-day seminars remotely.
This standard aligns with the following professional recognition: Achievement of the standard meets the eligibility requirements for Sales Certification at Level 4 with the Institute of Sales Professionals (ISP).
What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?
The employer is looking for the Apprentice to transition into a full-time member of the team and gain a deeper understanding of Bechtle and the re-seller industry.
