What will the apprentice be doing?
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
This work-based development programme brings together everything you need to build advanced data analysis skills.
You'll learn R, Python and SQL for data analysis, building your expertise through real work projects.
Our expert trainers will teach you to deploy the latest tools and methodologies, including data modelling, data mining, and predictive analytics. You'll learn to identify patterns, forecast data trends, and drive strategic decisions within your organisation.
Our curriculum is designed in line with the latest best practice and will help you build you confidence and become a highly effective data analyst.
The successful candidate will work towards a Level 4 Data Analyst qualification and complete the following modules:

With a Baltic Apprenticeship, you'll be on your way to a long-term career in the Data industry. On completion of the training programme, 95% of our learners stay in full-time employment.

Qualifications
GCSE or equivalent English (Grade 4/C) Essential
GCSE or equivalent Maths (Grade 4/C) Essential
- Identify opportunities from findings and conduct smart decision making
- Understand challenges the team faces and come up with solutions using data
- You will support the management and maintenance of the CRM system utilised by our Sales teams in the Field
- Utilizing data generated by the CRM system you will be responsible for creating and executing regular reports for On-Premise field teams and managers (KPI Reporting & Broadcasting)
- You will support the team to manage and transform a range of internal and external data sources to create usable data sets. Be responsible for quality checking, cleansing, and reviewing data.
- Represent data and input into the required system or format
- Enable a wide range of teams to drive our business performance from data found
