Job Description:

PROCESS INVOICES IN A TIMELY MANNER.

PROCESS WEEKLY AND MONTHLY PAYMENTS

CREDIT CONTROL

RECONCILE SUPPLIER STATEMENTS

DEALING WITH SUPPLIER QUERIES & CUSTOMER QUERIES

REPORTING TO THE FINANCE MANAGER

AD-HOC SUPPORT FOR THE FINANCE MANAGER 

Training Provided:

As an Accountancy Apprentice with BPP, you will complete the Assistant Accountant Apprenticeship at Level 3. Within the apprenticeship you will undertake the full AAT Level 3 qualification.

The apprenticeship will be completed at a BPP centre or via the Online Classroom platform, in addition to at the workplace. 

Qualification Requirements:

8-10 gcse's grades A-C, equivalent at A level 

Personal Qualities & Skills:

To be punctual at all times

Strong work ethic

Sociable personality

Able to use Excel to a basic level

Ability to communicate via Outlook

Future Prospects:

Opportunities to progress through future training such as CIMA/ACCA as well as progress within the accounts team
