We have a unique opportunity for a talented individual to become a Finance Apprentice within an exciting growth business. This is a key role in our finance team and will give excellent finance and accounting experience alongside a CIMA study package. Here at PMC, we are passionate about developing our employees and offer a friendly, supportive environment.
To be an integral part of the Finance team, assisting in all finance areas to ensure we are able provide accurate finance and accounting information to the business in a timely manner assisting PMC in achieving its goals. In the longer term this apprenticeship will provide a strong platform for a senior position in finance for the right candidate.

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
Accounting And Taxation Professional Apprenticeship Level 7. If you're looking to develop your accountancy skills to lead finance departments or provide management accounting consultancy, CIMA is your ticket. CIMA is split into Certificate, a standalone 'beginner' qualification, and Professional, which is split into three levels: Operational, Management, and Strategic. The Certificate in Business Accounting is your starting point if you're new to accountancy. You'll learn the fundamentals of business economics, financial accounting, management accounting, and ethical considerations of commercial activity. Operational teaches you about organisational management, costs and analysis used in production, and financial reporting and taxation. Management equips you with the skills to perform advanced management accounting and advanced financial reporting tasks. Strategic develops your leadership and strategic management abilities, and teaches you about risk management and financial strategy.
What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?
Career progression to Management Accountant, as well as quarterly development reviews and career champions and mentors within PMC..
