What will the apprentice be doing?

The team: Omnichannel Campaigns Centre of Excellence (CoE)

This is a Global Cross Functional team, so team members have line management into different parts of the organisation, and some are even external to Sanofi.

The fundamental responsibility in the role is to gather reference material (e.g. a user manual) from application developers/owners and prepare and publish it for use by the market teams. Then to engage with the teams to get feedback on the effectiveness of the materials.

- Our Intranet

- Yammer

- Meetings and webinars

- Internal Online forums

- Online manuals

· Maintaining information resources relating to

- Channels

- Capabilities

- How to create Campaigns

- Preparing Top Campaigns

- Trainings and Bestpractices

- Upcoming changes

· Support all the other reoccurring communication functional/process related topics e.g. tracking NPS quarterly, support process, release etc.

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

Apprentices gain the knowledge, skills and behaviours they need to produce and distribute content, support campaigns, build internal and external stakeholder relationships and evaluate success. The programme trains apprentices to be proactive, communicative, enthusiastic, punctual, committed and creative.

The course is delivered online through once monthly full day seminars and coaching from an experienced public relations professional, as well as virtual classroom and pre-recorded lessons.

This will provide a Level 4 Apprenticeship
