What will the apprentice be doing?

As part of the Customer Engagement team, you will:
  • Design and develop all aspects of our digital marketing programmes including our marketing database, email, and display advertising campaigns
  • Develop an overall strategy and campaign plans
  • Develop and monitor campaign budgets
  • Identify possible sales leads and update CRM database
  • Follow up potential sales opportunities
  • Using ZoHo Social, you will plan and manage our social media platforms.
  • Manage marketing campaigns using the ZoHO platform, including the CRM, ticketing and MarketingHub applications
  • Prepare accurate reports on our marketing campaign's overall performance.
  • Identify the latest trends and technologies affecting our industry.
  • Evaluate important metrics that affect our website traffic, service quotas, and target audience.
  • Work with your team to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies.
  • Oversee and manage all contests, giveaways, and other digital projects.

  • Day Release at Middlesbrough College
  • Market Research Executive Level 4
  • Mandatory off the job training of 6 hours per week

Requirements - • Experience in a digital marketing or advertising position • In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices, and website analytics • Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is preferred • Highly creative with good analytical abilities including use of Google Analytics • Good verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work within a team and independently • Writing powerful calls-to-action to convert visitors • Filling websites and other content with effective keywords • Writing effective SEO content for blogs, websites and social media accounts • Developing link building strategies • Analysing keywords and SEO techniques used by competitors • Up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing. This role is in a small but rapidly growing company and would suit an applicant with some experience, enthusiasm and willingness to try and develop.
