Job summary

An opportunity has arisen for a suitably qualified individual to provide administration support to the Lead Quality and Risk Manager and the Laboratory Systems manager in Paediatric Laboratory Medicine.

We are looking for an individual with laboratory experience who can demonstrate enthusiasm, initiative and self-motivation to contribute to the maintenance and development of the LM Quality Management System and achievement of regulatory standards i.e. UKAS ISO15189:2012 standards.

Main duties of the job

This support involves internal and external quality assessment, record keeping, data analysis, audit, data input, production of reports and administration activities associated with the Quality management system (Q pulse) for all departments. You will also provide support to the LM Systems team i.e. system password databases, Systems helpdesk.

This is an Apprenticeship post as part of the position you will complete an Apprenticeship in Business Administration Level 3. On Completion of the program and expected performance the successful candidate will secure a permanent position in the team.
