The national training team are looking for an Administrator to support the team in arranging the delivery of training nationally. The role will include working within a busy team, completing a variety of administrative tasks, working on IT systems, maintaining training waiting lists, customer service, updating of the Learner Management System (LMS) answering and directing telephone calls, general admin duties such as typing, minute taking and the collation of data. There will be the opportunity to complete the level 3 Business Administration qualification via our extensive apprenticeship offer.

Main duties of the job

The successful candidate will have a wide range of experience of office routines and procedure, working with multi-disciplinary teams in a customer care environment.

The role will be reporting into the National Training Manager and will be hybrid working between HMP Oakwood, the Midlands Regional Office, as well as some working from home occasionally.

The role will include:

•Booking training dates with providers on request

•Organising venues where required or obtaining online meeting links as required

•Setting events up on LMS

•Monitoring delegate attendance, raising concerns with low bookings to manager

•Sending out pre-course information (venue details, links, any pre-course requirements)

•Supporting with on the day events when required, for example collating attendance, support delegates with using online platforms

•Updating attendance and requesting feedback

•Monitoring and responding to the LMS Helpdesk queries and general event queries, raising concerns to manager when required.

• Support with updating the LMS system and reporting when required
