Qualifications: Apprentices without level 2 English and Maths will need to achieve this level prior to taking their end-point assessment.
Option 1. Level 3 Diploma for Residential Childcare.
Option 2. Certificate in Higher Education in working with Children Young People and Families.
What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?
Full time job role and where feasible look to become a registered manager.

- You will demonstrate a passion to care for and about children, young people and families
- You will be skilled in recognising and assessing the complex needs that children, young people and families often present
