Everyone Active is currently seeking a customer service professional to join our Front of House team. You will promote the Everyone Active vision, values & beliefs and provide an efficient, helpful & friendly service to customers within our busy sports centre whilst also recommending greater products and services available.
To ensure you provide a quality customer experience that delivers efficient helpful and friendly service to customers whilst identifying opportunities to increase their visit frequency through converting and referring their enquiries.
Demonstrate through your behaviour and attitude that as part of the team you have ownership of and understand the company vision, missions and values.
Financial transactions are complete without error.
You must complete internal mystery shopping calls and ensure all calls are handled correctly within the company guidelines.
Complete the tasks to ensure the standards of the facility meet company expectations.
Meet team / individual KPI targets given out each month.
Ensure a safe, secure, clean, well-maintained facilities are accessible and inclusive for all.
Offer a warm and friendly welcome every time. Deliver a customer experience that generates customer compliments. Listen, value and respond to all comments made by customers.

At Everyone active you will be studying towards your Customer Service Practitioner Apprenticeship Level 2 Standard over the course of 15 months.
