What will the apprentice be doing?

You will be required to undertake the quality Practitioner L4 Apprenticeship standard. Through in-house mentoring and shadowing, one to one training with A dedicated HTP training consultant you will be working towards becoming both component and proficient in the Knowledge, Skills and Behaviours within the following areas:
  • Support Senior Quality Practitioner and Leaders to formulate Quality Strategy
  • Contribute to the management of customer satisfaction and supplier performance
  • Deploy Quality Policies and Governance
  • Guide and support others to improve quality competency and performance
  • Plan and Conduct Audits and other assurance activities
  • Develop Quality Control Plans for products/services
  • Provide guidance on use of methods/tools to improve quality performance
  • Solving Quality problems, such as non-conformances, and overcoming challenges to the implementation of solutions
  • Effective application of quality risk management and mitigation to drive new products/services development

Off the job training allowance will be provided where you will have the time to complete your:
  • Learner portfolio

  • Allocated time for studies

  • Writing up assignments
  • Professional discussions
  • Being mentored, trained and shadowed
  • One to one teaching learning and development
  • Relevant in-house training
  • End Point Assessment Preparation

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
  • 37 hour week (including day release)
  • Level 4 Quality Practitioner
