Business Administrator Apprentice at Caritas

Caritas have an excellent presence in the Social Work Recruitment sector and are a market leader in terms of candidate care and customer service.

They are now looking for a Business Sales Apprentice to join their team and follow an exciting career path.


Key Responsibilities

As a Business Sales Apprentice, it will be your job to support the established Senior Sales Teams with specific tasks. This includes candidate sourcing, name gathering, candidate management, relationship building, database maintenance and ensuring quality assurance compliance.


Responsibilities include:

  • Source and select candidates via database
  • Network and advertise to potential candidates
  • Generate leads using LinkedIn and other Social Media Platforms
  • Identify skills profile to match appropriately with vacancies – providing detailed notes to a consultant regarding candidates and discussions
  • Gathering CV and initial compliance documents when deemed suitable
  • Deal with general queries
  • Chasing references when needed


Entry Requirements

You’ll need to attend an online Zoom screening interview with our Talent Team (don’t worry, we’re a friendly bunch!) and pass initial assessments in Maths and English.


Skills Required

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Confident with MS Office Applications, particularly Outlook, Word and Excel
  • Good literacy and numeracy skills
  • Highly motivated and keen to learn
  • ‘Can do’ positive attitude
  • Reliable and sociable
