Job Description:

Our exam facilitation company is currently offering an apprenticeship role in business administration. This is an opportunity to learn the skills needed to be a successful business administrator. The ideal candidate will gain experience working in a fast-paced environment where multi-tasking and prioritising are essential. The successful applicant will learn, to perform a variety of administrative tasks, including data input, scheduling, planning, and coordinating various exam events. In order to fully understand our business, you will take part in our exam day events, from set up, invigilation and working on a support desk and be prepared to travel to London as required and occasionally further afield. Those interested in a varied business admin role are encouraged to apply.

This is a remote/work from home role. You will be required to travel to London 1/2 days per week on average. 


  • Prepare, schedule, send exam day communication.
  • Learn our exam administration software.
  • Be part of exam event days.
  • Invigilator availability.
  • Stock control.
  • Schedule meetings / Note taking at meetings.
  • Ensure projects & events are on track and remind accordingly.
  • Supporting the business by ensuring client / invigilator communication is managed to the highest level.
  • General administration tasks
  • Collate data and information and keep accurate records 
  • Working within the team to learn about TEAMCo’s business shadowing/assisting staff members from time to time to build up knowledge.
  • Produce weekly, monthly and ad hoc reports to keep teams across TEAMCo well informed as to current/future progress.
  • Document / Data Control to ensure that all documentation is up to date.

Training Provided:

As a Business Administration Apprentice with BPP, you will undertake the Business Administrator Level 3 Advanced Apprenticeship. The apprenticeship will be delivered through a blend of live online learning, pre-recorded lectures and workplace support.

Duration: 15 months

Skills & Personal Qualities:

  • Good IT skills. Use of Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Attention to detail.
  • Operate openly and honestly with internal teams; be consistent.
  • Ability to multitask.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Able to communicate effectively and concisely.
  • Must be highly motivated and must be willing to take on responsibilities.
  • Must be very efficient and be able to work to deadlines.
  • Must be able to prioritise workload and work meticulously.
  • Be able to use their own initiative.

Qualifications Required:

  • A minimum of 5 GCSE's at grade C/4 or above, to include Maths & English
