Description of vacancy
Your role within the business is to work with the Account Executives, supporting their customer needs and administrating their work. You daily duties will be to handle claims enquiries from our clients and/or insurers or any third-party claiming allegations.
You will be responsible for the administration of policies and set up. You will be required to chase client payments and assist in resolving issues. You will be looking after the internal executives and assisting them in servicing and managing client processing.
You will be responsible for:
- Speaking with clients and insurers to deal with various claims, admin and policy changes.
- Dealing with client mid term adjustments
- Processing documentation
- Using our CRM system
- Invoicing Clients
- Setting up Payments
- Issuing Policy Documents
- Reporting claims
- Supporting all aspects of

Monday to Friday 09:00 – 5:00pm.

Qualifications Required
GCSE Grade 9 - 4 (or A - C) in English and Maths. Or equivalent qualifications in these subjects.
Training Provided
On the job training with the employer whilst working towards the Apprenticeship Standard – Business administrators have a highly transferable set of knowledge, skills and behaviours that can be applied in all sectors. This includes small and large businesses alike, from the public sector, private sector and charitable sector. The role may involve working independently or as part of a team and will involve developing, implementing, maintaining and improving administrative services. Business administrators develop key skills and behaviours to support their own progression towards management responsibilities. Regular work-based assessments/observations carried out by Kent Training & Apprenticeships Tutor Assessor, to determine competency and meet with Awarding Body standards
