Description are looking for a proactive and inquisitive Account Assistant Apprentice to join the fast-growing team. As an Account Assistant, you will work closely with the Accounts team supporting programme implementation, project management, budgeting, and third-party liaison for accounts. believe in doing things differently and are redefining online performance within the pharmaceutical and animal healthcare industries. Their mission is to improve lives by ensuring SEO is an integral part of clients marketing model, meaning patients can find and access the healthcare information they need.


Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities will include:

  • Working with agency colleagues to devise online performance programmes that meet the client's brief and budget
  • Supporting the review of SEO and content deliverables and assisting with the formulation of end-to-end online performance marketing programmes
  • Attend client calls to take notes & actions, and ensure that client status reports remain updated
  • Undertake administrative tasks
  • Supporting the Accounts team with client communications
  • Support the management of client budgets, manage project costs, input into reconciliations, and invoicing of clients
  • Support the Accounts team to ensure that core project milestones are met or exceeded
  • Support in development and formatting of new business pitches, along with other agency staff, with the aim of securing new business for the agency
  • Create tasks and set up new projects in PIO’s software management system
  • Providing support in the running of PIO’s social media channels 


Entry Requirements

  • You’ll need to attend an online Zoom screening interview with our Talent Team (don’t worry, we’re a friendly bunch!) and pass initial assessments in Maths and English.


Skills Required

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with acute attention to detail
  • Excellent time-management skills and ability to manage multiple tasks/projects concurrently and meet deadlines
  • Proficient understanding of excel and numerical/analytical capabilities
  • Knowledge of Google Docs, Google Spreadsheet, Google Slides, etc and provide support in maintaining Google Drive across all accounts
  • Willing to learn online marketing tools and gain SEO understanding
  • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
  • A proactive attitude, with the ability to use initiative and be flexible
  • Team player

  • Entitled to 25 days of paid annual leave, in addition to public holidays in England and Wales
