Key Responsibilities:
• Carrying out site inspections, including compliance with building regulations.
• Liaising with subcontractors in Greater London and other regions.
• Work on own initiative. Carry out research and Produce reports.
• Liaise with other departments.
• Training is offered.
• Gain practical experience.
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
Building control surveyor degree at level 6
What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?
Further training to be professionally recognised and accredited.

Things to consider
Outdoor workings and possible weekend working.
