Job Details

At N Family Club, we're rethinking careers in early years and challenging the way things are done in the sector.

We know that you do the most important job in the world, and it's a job that can be tiring and involves superhero levels of energy and enthusiasm. We believe that you deserve more respect and to be paid fairly for the valuable job you do - all in a fun work environment that supports your wellbeing!

We are a growing business (from only one nursery in 2017, we now have 21 and a whole lot more on the horizon!) so we also have great opportunities for progression.

We empower our teams to reach their full potential and we support them with a mix of development initiatives and an unparalleled learning environment through our very own N Academy. The academy is focused on providing exciting and inspiring learning opportunities, taking a 'blended' approach with a mix of webinars, face-to-face workshops, manager coaching and experiential learning. You may decide to go down a leadership route, or to specialise and become an expert in something that truly inspires you. You will be in the driving seat with your learning, and supported to work towards your career goals through regular meetings and performance reviews.

We pay the top salaries in the industry (above UK living wage), we provide you with the flexibility you need to achieve your work-life balance, and this year we have created a second-to-none benefit package to recognize your work, to support your personal and professional development and your wellbeing.
