What will the apprentice be doing?
Duties to include but not limited to;
- Telephoning and emailing branch colleagues to obtain the outcomes for appointments booked for them
- Report collation
- Report distribution
- Any ad hoc administration requests via line manager

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
Business Administration Level 3
Functional Skills if required
You will have the opportunity to complete 6 hours of off the job training throughout the working week, this will be conducted online.
What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?
Development within the admin function or the option to move into several other roles within the Group if preferred, along with apprenticeship progression opportunities.
Working week Monday to Friday. 8am to 6pm - to be discussed and confirmed at interview.
