18 month Apprenticeship

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an apprentice administrator to join the Cambridge and Peterborough NHS Foundation Trust (CPFT) South Administration Hub working within the Paediatric Psychological Medicine administrative team based at Addenbrooke's Hospital.

The ideal person would be eager to progress and develop their career within the NHS. As the apprenticeship will be personalised to you, this can easily be achieved within the timeframe if you are driven to succeed. We can offer you a real insight into the overall running of a busy office working within a fantastic, dynamic, and friendly team.

Main duties of the job

Working hours Monday - Friday 09:00 - 17:00.

Duties include:
  • Undertaking a range of clerical duties including, filing, photocopying, typing, scanning and uploading documents.
  • Reception tasks including: receiving phone calls and visitors, and booking rooms.
  • Arranging meetings and appointments as and when required.
  • 7.5 hours a week of dedicated WFH study time.

Essential

  • Four GCSEs grade D or above including Maths and English or equivalent
  • Willingness to work towards and complete Level 2 Business Administration Apprenticeship
