Day release at Warrington and Vale Royal College either the Warrington or Winsford Campus to work towards your Level 4 Quantity Surveying Apprenticeship.
What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?
Promising candidates will swiftly gain sufficient experience to take on their own responsibilities and lead to liaising with clients and sites.

A Level or equivalent Construction / Engineering subject (Grade A-Level) Essential
Things to consider
Confident communication skills are essential. To be able to deal with a wide cross section of colleagues and clients etc. Excellent computer skills required, Mostly Excel - training will be provided on other drawing and estimating software
Principal accountabilities of the role include:
- Produce monthly applications for payment
- Manage ongoing design and layout changes and report these to the commercial manager.
- Produce quotations for additional works based on existing site rates.
- Complete on-site measurements and assess payments to contractors.
- Attend and contribute to various meetings, such as project review meetings with construction team as well as external contractors.
- Assist the Commercial Manager with take-offs for tenders
