What will the apprentice be doing?
The four-year apprenticeship is built around the Level 6 Food Industry Technical Professional Apprenticeship standard, which incorporates a BSc degree in Food Technology. The programme blends block-release university studies with real on-the-job work experience. You will learn all aspects of food technology in the factory then apply your learnings to enhance our quality systems in the factory. Ultimately you'll have the satisfaction of being part of a great team playing a key role in ensuring our products meet the highest safety and quality standards.

- Blending new ingredients to invent and modify recipes
- Conduct experiments and produce sample products
- Design production processes and machinery
- Source, cost and select raw materials
- Investigate and resolve problems, like customer complaints or quality issues
