In years two and three you will complete several core rotations within the business. These will cover areas such as pre-construction, winning work, Technical Building services, Construction management and Commercial management. These rotations will help you to build a wider understanding of the construction industry as well as how your preferred specialism fits into the work we do. Years 4 and Five will see you back in site, stepping up and taking the lead in key project aspects and deliverables.
Throughout your first 4 years, we will sponsor you to obtain your degree in either Quantity Surveying or Construction Management and, in your final year, support your APC journey. You will have a supervisor to support you in your development as well as joining out Graduate Taught programme in years three and four which covers both the technical knowledge and behaviours needed to help you be successful in your career.
