This is a fantastic opportunity to support the learning and development team, you will be responsible for electronic data and paper administrative systems and contribute to key workflows. You will work under the guidance of the team coordinators. Our client is looking for an Apprentice to complete a Business Administration Level 2 qualification and to Progress on to Level 3. This is a diverse role and a great opportunity for someone who is interested in progressing within their role.

Duties Include

  • Print and photocopy training materials ensuring accuracy at all times
  • Put together training packs
  • Take incoming calls for general enquires ensuring you take clear messages to pass onto the relevant team
  • Assist the training coordinator on training days, welcoming delegates, ensure they are set at the right table, replenish refreshments and general housekeeping
  • Check the website for online bookings
  • Help source venues for training events and the best train tickets and hotel prices
  • Complete booking forms
  • Data input
  • Follow company Policies and Procedures

Person Specification

  • Excellent Communication Skills
  • Good IT Skills must be confident to search/ Navigate the internet and databases
  • Have good Attention to detail
  • Excellent organisational skills
