What will the apprentice be doing?

Chartered Surveyor (degree) apprenticeship.
Whilst you study for a BSc (Hons) Chartered Surveyor degree at the University of Wolverhampton (one day per week, we'll provide you with a broad range of hands-on opportunities to put your learning into practice - allowing you to gain hands-on experience.
What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?
Having benefitted from a broad range of support, including guidance from seasoned industry professionals and our senior leadership team, your five-year apprenticeship will culminate in you gaining sector leading experience, a recognised degree, andChartered Surveyor statuswith theRoyal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS)- the industry gold standard for professional Surveyors.

- Monitor the performance of and deliver maintenance and refurbishment contracts including, but not limited to kitchen, bathroom roofing and window replacements
- Inspect in-progress and completed works to ensure a quality delivery, that's in-line with spec and compliance requirements
- Promote a first-class customer service, by supporting customer engagement and involvement efforts that ensure a seamless service and high levels of customer care
