What will the apprentice be doing?

• Monitor the performance of and deliver maintenance and refurbishment contracts including, but not limited to kitchen, bathroom roofing and window replacements
• Inspect in-progress and completed works to ensure a quality delivery, that's in-line with spec and compliance requirements
• Promote a first-class customer service, by supporting customer engagement and involvement efforts that ensure a seamless service and high levels of customer care

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

Chartered Surveyor (degree) apprenticeship.

Whilst you study for a BSc (Hons) Chartered Surveyor degree at the University of Wolverhampton (one day per week, we'll provide you with a broad range of hands-on opportunities to put your learning into practice - allowing you to gain hands-on experience.

What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?

Having benefitted from a broad range of support, including guidance from seasoned industry professionals and our senior leadership team, your five-year apprenticeship will culminate in you gaining sector leading experience, a recognised degree, andChartered Surveyor statuswith theRoyal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS)- the industry gold standard for professional Surveyors.
