Things to consider
Important Information: QA's apprenticeships are funded by the Education & Skills Funding Agency (ESFA), an executive agency of the Department for Education. To be eligible for a Government funded apprenticeship you must have lived in the UK or European Economic Area (EEA) for the last 3 consecutive years.
- Provide 1st line IT support to approximately 300+ users
- Respond to helpdesk tickets in a timely manner
- Escalate unresolved tickets as appropriate
- Provide desk side desktop support to End Users
- Provide remote desktop support to End Users on other sites
- Production of standardised builds for PC's and laptops
- Provide support for printers, mobile phones, and other hardware
- Produce and maintain documentation of builds, installs, configuration, and general IT processes
