What will the apprentice be doing?
  • Provide 1st line IT support to approximately 300+ users
  • Respond to helpdesk tickets in a timely manner
  • Escalate unresolved tickets as appropriate
  • Provide desk side desktop support to End Users
  • Provide remote desktop support to End Users on other sites
  • Production of standardised builds for PC's and laptops
  • Provide support for printers, mobile phones, and other hardware
  • Produce and maintain documentation of builds, installs, configuration, and general IT processes
