About our apprenticeship programmes
We have a wide range of apprenticeships across different business areas. Our programmes are designed for those who have, or are about to, complete GCSE’s (or equivalent) onwards; spanning areas such as Engineering, Business and Finance from intermediate to degree level.
Earn and learn
As an apprentice, you’ll gain valuable work experience, develop skills and be supported in your study towards professional qualifications – all whilst earning a salary.
Our employee networks, your team and your mentors will help you to develop connections and experience a fulfilling career. There are also plenty of opportunities for you to get involved in volunteering, so you’ll be encouraged to make a difference outside of work too.
Apprentices are our future, so we invest in yours. We recognise the vital part they play in our success, so you’ll be encouraged to bring your unique perspective and showcase your ideas right from the start. Many of our colleagues began their career as an apprentice, and each one of your team will be passionate about guiding you on your own journey.
At BAE Systems, we’re not just proud of what we do, we’re proud of how we do it. So when you join us, you’ll be part of an inclusive culture that’s committed to working to the highest ethical and environmental standards, making a positive contribution to the countries and communities in which we operate.
