Our apprenticeships are a fantastic place to begin your career in your chosen discipline. Being an apprentice at Arcadis offers you an exciting opportunity to jump straight into the professional world and earn a living whilst also studying for professional qualifications. As an Apprentice you will play an active part in driving your career development and will be exposed to a variety of projects across the business. Technical experience is key in our sector, which is why we will provide you with a clear framework to work towards chartership.
You’ll be given the opportunity to immerse yourself in life at Arcadis, whilst transforming your world and the world around you. You’ll be part of a supportive Early Careers community and will work alongside skilled professionals. You’ll benefit from structured on-the-job training, mentoring, plus funding and support for accreditations relevant to your programme, as well as the assistance you need to develop and succeed. Depending on your apprenticeship, you will attend college/university on a block or day release basis.

Qualifications & Experience
Level 6 Apprenticeship Project Controls
Our Project Controls personnel work at the very heart of projects, making sure that teams and clients work together efficiently, have clear direction and are enabled to do their best work. You’ll be supported as you take responsibility for delivering industry-defining work that truly transforms the world and improves quality of life. The Project Controls programme at Arcadis is perfect for graduates aspiring to become key players in the delivery of major construction and engineering projects, utilising their communication, digital, and coordination skills to steer project teams to success
- This programme will see you obtain a Level 6 in Project Controls with our training provider, London Metropolitan College
- This is a 5-year programme A level (level 3), normally in a minimum of two subjects, plus A*–C or 9-4 GCSE qualifications (Level 2) in English and Maths
- Be a UK/EU/EAA resident for at least three years prior to starting the course and have the right to work in the UK 18 (Level 6) years old and have left full time education when the apprenticeship starts
- Be able to present information in a clear and concise manner
- Be a team player with great interpersonal and communication skills
- Be Innovative
- Be resilient and the ability to deal with ambiguity
- Be analytical with good sense for numbers and digital skills
