As an Apprentice Finance Assistant you will be:
Assisting customers with any concerns/queries and resolving them Sending company accountant all statements for all bank accounts Assisting finance team with Sales Staff performance spreadsheet Keeping an eye on our invoices from carriers to ensure we’re still profitable on all our services we offer Gathering any missing invoices which company accountant provides on the Excel sheet she provides Invoicing customers Debt collecting Sending directors monthly invoice report Requirements The Successful Applicant
A successful applicant for this role must be/have:
Has a strong passion for business finance Tech-savvy Competency in IT and Excel skills Attention to detail Very ambitious A positive attitude Adaptable to change High level of communication skills Excellent email composition skills Ability to multitask and delivering to deadlines Able to prioritise and organise own workload Driven and proactive with the ability to use own initiative High energy and eager for a chance to shine Desired Qualifications GCSE Maths and English A*-C (9-4) or equivalent
Benefits Salary, Hours and Benefits
£18,720 to £20,200 per annum Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5pm Generous annual leave entitlement Benefits of a high grade IT custom built office, free hot beverages and many more What Apprenticeship Training will you Receive? The successful applicant will complete and obtain a Level 3 Business Administrator Qualification through Learning Curve Group.
