Main Duties As a Customer Service Apprentice in the Business Development Team you will:
Generate and qualify leads by supporting and working with the Business Development team Calling and emailing potential clients and explaining the benefits of using our services and solutions. Develop relationships with a wide range of businesses. Utilise your telephone manner and communication skills and build long-lasting relationships. Develop knowledge within IT Disposal industry Complete general administration duties, such as inbound and outbound calls, supporting our CRM database and booking in customer collections. Support E-Marketing and Lead generation across the business to obtain more business.
Requirements Desired Skills and Qualities Can manage your own workload and pipeline Self-motivated and a passion to grow within the position and team Ability to work under pressure when needed and still achieve targets Excellent communication skills – professional and articulate Brilliant telephone manner Computer literate Company first attitude and willing to support wherever the business needs. GCSE Maths and English A*-C (9-4) or equivalent (desirable)

The successful applicant will complete and obtain a Level 3 Customer Service Specialist Qualification through Learning Curve Group.
You will be taught through:
