Applications for our Level 3 Learning and Development Practitioner apprenticeship are now open for a September 2023 start.

This apprenticeship is aimed at those that have completed A Levels or equivalent studies and are looking to embark on an exciting career and earn as they learn. The apprenticeship will provide an insight into the development and implementation of IT training in a global law firm.

The apprenticeship will be based in our Chelmsford office, working within the IT Training team. As an apprentice you will be involved in the development and delivery of high quality IT training and eLearning for the firm's staff, ensuring each individual is able to make effective use of the systems and applications appropriate to their role.

In addition to a dedicated supervisor at Kennedys, you will also have a tutor at Ginger Nut Training to ensure that you have all the support you need at work and with your studies. We offer a competitive salary (paying at a minimum the UK Living wage both in and outside London).

Ginger Nut Training will be our learning provider for the Level 3 Learning and Development Practitioner apprenticeship which will take place remotely. The apprenticeship will involve working at Kennedys four days a week and having one day a week to study.

  • 3 x A-Levels or equivalent at Grade B or above
