Health Care Assistant Apprenticeship
18 month fixed term contract
37.5 hours per week.
National Minimum Wage for your age
Must be 18 years old or above.
Must drive and have access to own vehicle.
Applicants must have Maths and English GCSE grades 9 - 4, or equivalent.

We are looking for motivated individuals who have a desire or interest to undertake an apprenticeship, in an adult health care community setting within our Trust in Coventry.
You will need to be committed to completing your apprenticeship with us and most importantly be willing to learn.
We will provide you with training and ongoing support to enable you to work on the wards and clinics.
We expect that you can demonstrate good customer service and interpersonal skills to include compassion, understanding and empathy.
Please note many Trust interviews are taking place through Microsoft Teams, this can be downloaded either through the App Store or Google Play for use on your phone/tablet.
Main duties of the job
The roles are for a fixed term of 18 months and include support for you to study for an apprenticeship in Adult Care Worker Level 3 however, once you have completed the Care Certificate standards, attained a good standard of work in your qualification and your manager is happy with your progress you will move into a Band 3 role and complete your qualification as a substantive full time member of staff.
We are a Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5pm service.
