What will the apprentice be doing?
The commercial, Quantity Surveying teams within Wates are largely responsible for the contractual and financial management of a project. A combination of law, business and finance skills are used to manage relationships with key stakeholders including clients, designers, subcontractors and suppliers. Our commercial teams play a vital role in the construction of our projects.
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

GCSE or equivalent 5 GCSE's including Maths & English (Grade 4/C and above) Essential
A Level or equivalent 2 A-Levels or equivalent at grades DD, and a minim (Grade DD) Essential
Things to consider
Driving license required for this role due to the nature of travelling around to many different sites. Some sites are not accessible via public transport.
