Tracoin are looking to recruit an enthusiastic Assistant to Supplier Relationship Manager based in London. The successful candidate will be working closely with two Supplier Relationship Managers on various amazing destinations and will be responsible for handling key administrative tasks, assisting in loading contracts, securing space and negotiating the best possible hotel rates and conditions for the TTC group business within the EMEA region, ensuring that the hotels sourced are of the required quality, standard and location as quoted and rates agreed are within budget, as well as maintaining strong relationships with hotel suppliers and internal clients.

Duties and Responsibilities

- To manage the administrative side of the contracting process

- To load contracts in our in-house system and to update the company's databases

- To liaise with suppliers and internal departments

- To foster a positive and professional relationship with supplier partners

- To update suppliers with operational, financial or contracting requirements

- To update systems when required

- To search availability and negotiate rates, terms and conditions for groups within brand requirement and when necessary

- To deliver within deadlines

- To create allotment space into systems and update when required

- To organize business trips

- To ensure we have up to date insurance details of each venue where required

- To be able to prioritise workload

- To communicate clearly at all levels of responsibility to make sure that information is received and properly understood
