About the apprenticeship
Duties
Your role will provide administrative assistance which will include processing patient information relating to concerns and compliments. Logging concerns on the Once for Wales complaint management system and recording and maintaining date on complaint records. Acting as first contact for enquiries, in person and by phone, taking messages and redirecting them to the appropriate section or member of staff and other general administration duties.

Self-motivated and enthusiastic
Flexibility regarding shift pattern
Ability to travel between sites in a timely manner
Ability to speak welsh

GCSE's X 5 Grades (A-C) including Maths & English
Language
Welsh Spoken Skills: No Welsh Written Skills: No
