An exciting opportunity is now available for a motivated, enthusiastic, and flexible person to join the All-Age Continuing Care (AACC) & LeDeR team as an Administrative Assistant Apprentice on a two-year fixed term contract.
The Corporate Admin team provides a comprehensive, effective and efficient administrative service to the Executive Team within the organisation.
The two-year apprentice programme is designed to ensure youre exposed to a range of work experiences and skill development opportunities. You will be provided with support to develop in role from a variety of sources including your line manager, a mentor, and a peer support network.
Please note this role is an essential office role and will require office-based working in Middlesbrough.
Please note, candidates are not necessarily expected to meet 100% of the essential criteria but will meet these by the end of their apprenticeship.
Main duties of the job
The role will be responsible for:
- Ensuring that timely, accurate work is produced to deadline
- Maintaining realistic and manageable diaries
- Arranging meetings and setting up any rooms/equipment required
- Producing information packs/collation of papers for meetings/events, ensuring timely distribution and any follow-up of actions
- Arranging and attending meetings/events, both internal and external, to accurately record and minute proceedings/decisions
- Providing administrative support to clinical colleagues as required
