The work is varied and in a safe environment. It is a busy sales office and can sometimes be noisy and the staff can get excitable so candidates cannot be shy.

• Confident, well spoken, and smart
• Well organised
• Good communication skills
• Flexible attitude, ability to use initiative
• Good numeracy and literacy skills
• Basic IT knowledge and an understanding of Excel and Word would be beneficial
• Good telephone manner
• A willingness to learn
• Punctual, organised, and understand the importance of good time management
