Our entry-level Apprenticeship  programmes are robustly created to develop leaders of the future, Candidates will be empowered to get involved with different teams to achieve high impact results that really make a difference. During the two-year program, . In partnership with CIPs, the Commercial Procurement and supply Level 4 Apprenticeship has been developed to build a person's capability to manage and guide within a successful Supply Chain procurement environment. Graduating with CIPS level 4 Diploma in Procurement & Supply and also Student membership of CIPS during apprenticeship and Diploma Level membership upon passing End Point Assessment. Apprentices will learn the technical knowledge, acquiring vocational experience and wider skills.

What will the programme look like?

  • 24 -month structured Programme Early accountability and fast progression Support towards a CIPs professional qualification* Regular performance feedback and personal growth planning through a structured learning plan Contribute to DHL's sustainability 2050 mission of zero emission

  • Identifying approaches to achieve agreements with external and internal organisations​ Cost and pricing models and commercial concepts and how they influence supplier/customer behaviours.​ Using a range of contract and supplier performance monitoring, management and reporting techniques​ Carrying out cost management, including the cost base, and variances from budget​ Evaluating costs by comparison with industry standards or high performers  

Entry Requirements:

  • Grade 4 -9(C) GCSE English and Mathematics or functional skills at Level 2 Completion of a level 3 Apprenticeship/Professional qualification in a relevant discipline. Eligibility to work in the UK for the full duration of the programme Must be fully mobile to travel to place of work and any potential learning sessions (where possible hold a valid UK driver's licence)
