About the apprenticeship
Duties
Within Projects/Support Team:
System Admin
• Administration of Business Systems (namely quality auditing and time and attendance systems)
o Creating new profiles and providing support/training
o Managing license limits
o Managing permission settings
o Import and export data
Project Management
• Use project management tools to manage, update and monitor project tasks and progress.
• Capturing meeting minutes and actions
• Managing and carrying out ad-hoc business change requests.
Reporting and Analysis
• Using our Software packages ( e.g. Smartsheet, Office 365) to create documents and reports including:
o Client Meeting Presentations
o Management Information Dashboards
o Ad-hoc operational reports
Wider Teams:
Providing ad-hoc support to other business departments (HR, Finance, etc)
