Job Description:

You will complete the level 3 Business Administration apprenticeship, whilst working in an office based role, for Dunkley's - a well established firm of Accountants in North Bristol. 

Duties will include:

  • Receiving phone calls
  • Sending emails/messages
  • Booking appointments
  • Room allocation
  • Greeting clients and dealing with their queries
  • Refreshments for clients
  • Incoming / outgoing post
  • Booking in/out books and records
  • General scanning, filing and saving of documents
  • New client set up on various systems
  • Removal of clients from records on various systems
  • Dealing with Companies House
  • Processing Confirmation Statements
  • Updating client information on our data base
  • Copy typing
  • General AutoMail letters
  • Photocopying
  • Binding

Training Provided:

As a Business Administration Apprentice with BPP, you will undertake the Business Administrator Level 3 Advanced Apprenticeship.

The apprenticeship will be delivered through a blend of live online learning, pre-recorded lectures and workplace support.


18 months

Skills & Personal Qualities:

  • Methodical and accurate copy typing
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office (Word/Outlook/Excel)
  • Team player
  • Willing to learn

Qualifications Required:

  • A minimum of 5 GCSE's at grade C/4 or above, to include Maths and English

Future Prospects:

Potential to move into a permanent position within the office, upon successful completion of the apprenticeship.
