What it’s like being a Lab Technician
You’ll be joining a close-knit team of around 15 technicians which includes trained experts from graduate scientists to one of our very own past apprentices. Under the instruction and guidance of your mentor you’ll train as part of a team of technicians to carry out laboratory testing and perform a variety of technical support functions across the organisation.
You will get to be part of quality control testing performed in the laboratory. From batch testing, looking at characteristics such as appearance, smell, and weight. Alongside more comprehensive sampling that look for moisture and presence of heavy metals or pesticides.
What could the future look like?
