About the apprenticeship
Duties
Working for Newtown FC as a community sport apprentice. You will gain experience of developing and delivering community sessions for specific user groups including:
- Community projects
- Girls only sessions
- Mini Robins & Junior Robins sessions
- School based sessions
- Summer competitions
- Soccer Camps
- Admin work
- Academy support staff
This role will also include:
-Support to apply for bids and grants through mentoring and support of the project.
-Guidance on how to develop commercial relationships and connections to the business community.

Skills
Desirable personal qualities
- Level 2 sport coaching/FAW C Certificate
- Strong sporting/footballing background.
- Experience of coaching/working with children.
- Good organisational skills.
- Positive attitudes
- Strong communication skills.
Qualifications
GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

Welsh Spoken Skills: No Welsh Written Skills: No
