We are working with an industry-leading legal recruitment agency whose office perfectly represents their modern, forward-thinking and fun approach. They have a state-of-the-art office with its in-house bar, and an edgy New York feel.

As an Office Administration apprentice, you will be part of the core support team at the agency. This role promises to be varied and exciting, including dealing with their database, involvement in projects to support the consultants, and most importantly, reception duties and the rest of the Admin Team.

You will be a crucial part of the business supporting the agency's day-to-day operation and helping Recruitment Consultants identify the best Legal talent nationally.

The job role is varied, but the primary duties will include:

  • Answering calls
  • Identifying candidates using job boards and social media
  • Assisting consultants with day-to-day administration
  • Aiding the admin team on compliance matters
  • Diary Management
  • Assisting with client visits
  • Setting up workstations
  • Any other duties as required

Qualifications:

  • GCSE Maths and English grade C/4 or above

Skills and qualities

  • Attention to detail
  • Accurancy
  • Excellent people skills
  • Good knowlege of MS Office software (Word, Excel)
  • Enthusiasm and keen to learn
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • High level of written and spoken English

It will be a real advantage if you are familiar with the UK's Geography (e.g., the location of cities and counties).

Training to be provided:

Training will be delivered by an industry-experienced training team at Professional Apprenticeships, anchored by real-world use of modern technology so that the skills we create can be directly applied in the workplace.

Throughout the apprenticeship, learners receive coaching, help and guidance from a dedicated team who are there to ensure you get the most from your experience.

Successful completion of this apprenticeship gives you an accredited Level 3 Business Administrator qualification, with training in:

  • Project management
  • Systems & processes
  • Business structures
  • Interpersonal skills needed to liaise with clients and franchisees
  • Business communication
  • Organisation
  • Managing change
  • Problem solving & much more
