Work with Training Officers and Manager to deliver the training plan based on compliance, welcome induction & CPD training requirements
Work with the people team to ensure that essential qualifications are recorded at the point of recruitment, enabling accurate training records and successful management of renewable qualifications.
Administrate the on-line systems to ensure a smooth and successful induction journey for new staff.
Administrate CPD offers that meet business requirements and learning community needs.
Utilise the digital systems on an ongoing basis to support operations, service quality and business performance.

Undertake any other duties commensurate with the post's level of responsibility or required particularly as a result of events outside of GLL's business control (pandemics etc).
Work flexibly in line with the needs of the business at peak flow times, evenings and weekends.
