What will the apprentice be doing?
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
We understand that attending university is all about studying, drinking, and partying. This is not that opportunity. This role is targeted for ambitious and driven individuals who want to get out into the real working world, whilst learning and obtaining a business degree.
On-the-job training will be provided, and we will support and teach you valuable skills both in business and life that aren't and cannot be taught in full-time education. Successful candidates will be required to use their free time outside of work hours to study and complete assignments. This is undoubtedly a tougher route to take, however, the rewards and experience gained throughout this apprenticeship are invaluable.
What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?
As a company, we have made significant progress in the past two years through hard work, long hours and personal sacrifices. We heavily invest in our apprentices and expect the same level of aspiration and drive in return. We are firm believers in awarding promotions from within and we put no limit on career progression irrespective of age, time served and stage within your degree. Any individual who is looking to better themselves can work towards becoming a Managing Director within the company.
There are "downsides". We do not have the time to micromanage people, and so we are looking for absolute winners who are driven and want to do the best they possibly can for themselves. When the business wins, everyone wins!
The succesfull candidate must have the following non-negotiable attributes that we beleive in:

Qualifications
GCSE or equivalent Minimum of 5 subjects (Grade Grade 6+ in Maths and English) Essential
A Level or equivalent Minimum of three (Grade C/Distinction and above) Essential
- Liaising and working alongside the client relationship/business development team
- Liaising and working alongside the operations team
- Marketing to new and existing contacts
- On boarding new clientele
- Building and maintaining industry relationships
- Attending networking and client events
- Answering telephone and email enquiries
- Business and case strategy
- Project management duties
- Adhering to and monitoring key performance indicators
- Analysing financial reports
- Operating a CRM system
- Creating and producing business reports
- Admin-support duties
- Office duties as required i.e. printing, photocopying.
- Other ad hoc tasks.
